The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:
- Admission for all sessions
- Admission for Welcome Reception
- Conference abstract (except for Accompanying Person) and a bag
- Coffee Breaks and Lunch
- Family Program (for Accompanying Persons only)
You can pay by your credit card or bank transfer.
The fees will be charged by "CONFAID" shown in the utilization bill of your credit card.
Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is:
- Upon cancellation up to 150 days from the date that you registered, the full amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation after July 30th, 2019 (Japan Standard Time) will not be refunded.

Credit card :
We will refund registration fee to the same credit card. Please make sure your credit card is valid through the end of September, 2019.
Bank transfer :
We will refund the amount deducted all the commission fees (for both your country bank and Japanese bank) from the registration fees.
Each of all the visitors must have valid a passport to enter Japan. In addition, participants from certain countries require to have their visas. To check your requirements, please contact Japanese Embassy or Consulate nearest to your residential area, or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan ( http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html ).
(1) Before your request or inquiry, you should complete your registration (include option "Documents for VISA") and payment to the conference, and book your air ticket and accommodation.
